Who we are
Salon at Home is operated by Panvel Beauty Services LLP (LLP), registered at 12 Station Road, Panvel, Maharashtra, 410206. GSTIN: 27ABCDE1234F1Z5. We are a marketplace that connects you with independent, verified beauty professionals under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
Bookings
- Services are delivered at the address you provide by a verified, trained professional carrying a sealed single-use kit.
- Prices shown are inclusive of GST. A small visit fee applies to baskets below the minimum order value shown at checkout. There are no other convenience or hidden charges.
- Slots are confirmed on payment, or immediately when you choose pay after service. The professional may arrive up to 15 minutes before or after the slot start.
- Share the 4-digit start code only with the professional at your door. It confirms the right person reached the right home.
- You must be at least 18 years old to book. Services for minors may be booked by a parent or guardian who stays present.
Your responsibilities
- Provide a safe, well-lit space and access to water and a power point.
- Tell us about allergies or skin conditions before the service. Patch tests are recommended for first-time chemical services.
- Treat professionals with respect. Harassment or unsafe behaviour ends the service without refund and may lead to a permanent block and a report to the police.
Payments & invoices
Online payments are processed by Razorpay. For pay-after-service bookings, pay by UPI link or cash to the professional once the service is complete. A GST tax invoice (SAC 999721) is available in your account after every completed booking.
Cancellation
Cancel free up to 3 hours before your slot. Late cancellations and no-shows carry the fee described in our cancellation and refund policy.
Liability
We carry out identity, address and police verification of professionals and train them on hygiene. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the booking concerned. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Professionals
Professionals are independent partners who accept jobs through our platform under a separate partner agreement (version 2026-10-09) and code of conduct. They are not our employees.
Complaints
We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within 30 days. Raise a complaint →

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Panvel, Maharashtra have jurisdiction, without prejudice to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
